The University of Illinois Chicago is committed to a nonviolent environment for all employees and students. Acts of violence and threats of violence committed by or against employees, faculty, students, patients, visitors, or other third parties are not acceptable and will not be tolerated. Violent acts and threats of violence should be reported to the UIC Police and to supervisors immediately. For additional information, refer to the Campus Violence Prevention and Response Plan.
