Dispute Resolution Services provides confidential consultation, facilitation and mediation services to all University employees. Early intervention can resolve problems without extensive and costly investments of time, energy, morale, and money. In addition, DRS provides training in conflict resolution and team building, which can bring parties to a mutually agreeable resolution of differences before they escalate.
